3D Printing Technology for Rapid Prototyping

D printing technology is a device for complex shaped steel manufacturing and differently used parts manufacturing. The general concept of the device is similar to ink jet printing. 3-D printer consists of computer system that controls powder coating bed that moves in z axis direction and condenser spraying nozzle that moves in x-y axis direction. Using such system the process, putting thin powder coating on bed and spraying condenser, is repeated. 3-D printing technology produce complex shaped objects whether it is steel, ceramics, or high molecule materials. Thus, the technology is very suitable for small amount manufacturing of various products using powdering metallurgy.
